Delivery costs vary depending on the order (weight, volume, destination).
If you are absent from the location provided to Fredeco for product delivery, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from any of the above-mentioned companies in accordance with said company’s policies.
We also accept most major credit cards for payments via phone orders.
You are entitled to return the items within 14 days after delivery.
The goods must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. You are under an obligation to ensure that the items will not be damaged in transit, even if the goods were damaged or defective when they were delivered. In order to avoid any additional risks, please return the delivery by registered mail.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to Fredeco. If the return is due to a Fredeco error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Fredeco for return authorization and instructions.
We will immediately refund any credit you may have with Fredeco as a result of the return of goods by crediting your credit card . It is also possible to have your customer account credited in case you wish to make further purchases at Fredeco.
In case, contrary to our expectations, the goods do not live up to your expectations, please let us know. We are committed to a customer-oriented business policy and try to satisfy our customers, even after the deadline for returning the goods has expired. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Special Order items
There are no returns on special orders. Any item that is not in stock or showing an estimated lead time can be considered a special order item.
